Last week I got a surprised birthday present from M. It was a short break to Madrid with her. He said " you work so hard, darling. You really deserve a break". So off we went and and it was wonderful. The weather was hot, the hotel was superb and we walked, chatted, ate, drank and slept a lot. I do love my husband, sometimes:)
Great photos of a great city. We spent our 1st wedding anniversary there and I have such good memories of it. Sounds like you had a well deserved trip.

ReplyDeleteThey should hire you to promote Madrid. Your photo-collage is really inviting. It has nearly made me change my view about its horrible traffic, pollution, not very tidy taxis and so.
