Sometimes, Gary explained to Elaine, a man just needs to grab one of his books under glass, sit under his antlers, and relax.

Despite Elaine’s simple instructions (position 2 wooden pedestals on the table so that the smaller is rotated 45 degrees and tucked slightly under the larger one, top both with leaves and put just cheese on one and just figs on the other), Gary still managed to screw it up.

Upon entering the living room, guests are often torn as to whether Gary and Elaine deeply love America or are Russian spies.

Gary always resented the bird for being the least useful of the living room wildlife.

fall into love

There is something very comforting about these photos. Love the colours and mood. Weather is getting chilly in England, A. has her first cold, wrapped up under blankets, reading books and browsing wedding blogs. So much inspiration, wonderful styling and ideas. And love that dress! I wouldn't mind to get married again in frock like this:)

long shadows and bright reds

Continuing in autumn mood, very long Sunday walk, long shadows, bright reds, thinking about hardly anything, tired after 3am Saturday dinner, refreshed, relaxed, happy...today playing with treasures we picked up yesterday... Time for this leave decoration .....

just one autumn saturday

cleaning house after two day photo shoot, can't say anything but it was fun!.. cooking dinner for friends, listening music, browsing flickr...tomorrow hopefully long walk, kicking leaves and breathing that beautiful autumn air. I was told yesterday I'm very nostalgic, perhaps melancholic..but doesn't autumn makes you even more? have a great weekend!
